At BiZZTAX Sdn. Bhd., we practice that all range of BiZZTAX Software is to be sold by Authorized BiZZTAX Reseller. BiZZTAX Reseller will undertake the areas of sales and to provide the training and support to customers (if required). In order to enhance BiZZTAX Software from time to time, BiZZTAX Reseller is also advice to obtain feedback from their customers and revert it to BiZZTAX Sdn. Bhd.

You esteem company have been specially chosen to be invited as our BiZZTAX Reseller.

 

1. Revenue from sales of BiZZTAX Software
BiZZTAX Reseller is entitled to a very reasonable profit margin in order that you may enjoy the maximum returns from selling BiZZTAX Software. All approved BiZZTAX Reseller will be issued with a Reseller’s Certificate.

2. Revenue from Support of BiZZTAX Software
Customers are encouraged to sign a support maintenance contract with the BiZZTAX Reseller they purchase BiZZTAX Software from or with BiZZTAX Sdn. Bhd. under its BiZZTAX Service Pack scheme. The BiZZTAX Reseller must however, attend our BiZZTAX Reseller Training Program first to obtain the BiZZTAX Technical Support Certificate.

3. Revenue from Training of BiZZTAX Software
BiZZTAX Reseller can also generate revenue from offering training after each sale. The BiZZTAX Reseller must however, attend our BiZZTAX Reseller Training Program first to obtain the Trainer’s Certificate.

4. Revenue from BiZZTAX Certificate Course
BiZZTAX Reseller may operate a BiZZTAX Training Centre to conduct BiZZTAX Certificate Course. This is subject to approval from BiZZTAX Sdn. Bhd., Education Department.

5. Prospect Enquiries
BiZZTAX Sdn. Bhd. will provide BiZZTAX Reseller with possible leads generated through advertisements, seminars, exhibition, etc. Preference will be given to those Resellers who have signed up for the BiZZTAX Joint Advertisement Campaign in newspaper.
6. Support From BiZZTAX Sdn Bhd
Only BiZZTAX Reseller can obtain quality technical support from BiZZTAX Sdn. Bhd. You can telephone, fax, e-mail or visit our technical support team during office hour:
Monday to Friday : 9.00am to 5.00pm

7. Training Programs
We believe that through constant training, BiZZTAX Reseller will be equip with better knowledge to counter competition, implement new techniques and provides a better support service to customers. Training programs such as Sales & Marketing, Technical and Application of System are conducted regularly or upon request.

8. Joint Advertisement
We encourage and provide a platform for BiZZTAX Resellers to group into 10 to advertise in the local newspaper for a 12 months insertion, to reduce cost and maximize the marketing network.

9. Chances to participate in BiZZTAX marketing and sales activities
Through regular marketing and sales activities from BiZZTAX, Resellers are encouraged to explore and obtains sales leads and contacts from such activities, example road shows, workshop, free course and etc.

1. Mail or submit personally the completed BiZZTAX Authorized Reseller Application Form together with the Form D & B or Form 24 & 49 (whichever is applicable), photocopy of IC of principal partners/Sole Proprietor/Directors.
    
2. The BiZZTAX Sales Order Form must be submitted together with the complete application form. All new BiZZTAX Reseller are required to purchase at least 2 sets of BiZZTAX (buy2own) or BiZZTAX (rent2solve). Payment MUST be received in COD basis (Cash or Current Cheque) or directly bank in to BiZZTAX Sdn Bhd - Maybank Account No: 501066-018594.
    
3. All new Reseller must have registered with ROC/ROB. After signed up, remain as an active Reseller
   (≥ 1 set of purchase per month, including Upgrade).
    
4. Upon approval of your application, we will inform you and to hold a discussion on our business plans. A BiZZTAX sales kit will also be provided.
    
5. Upon confirmation of appointment, BiZZTAX Reseller MUST send their staff for training and familiarization of BiZZTAX Software if they decide to provide training and support.
